Find the Contact Information for a Meeting

Here’s the easiest way to see if a meeting has contact information:

1. Log in as an Admin

Log in to the csoaamaine.org admin dashboard: https://csoaamaine.org/wp-admin/

2. Find the Meeting

On the front side of the website, find the meeting and go to the meeting details page (ex: https://csoaamaine.org/meetings/friday-night-live-group/ )

Once you have found the meeting, click on ‘Edit Meeting’ at the top of the page in the wordpress admin bar.


3. Scroll to the Contact Section

Now that you are on the admin page for the meeting listing, scroll down to the section title ‘Contact Information’

Any contact information will be at the bottom of the section, next to the label “Contacts”. This will include the name and email or phone number if provided.


Sidenotes

I have been adding contact information any time someone sends in an email, but it looks like a lot of these older meeting listings do not have any contact information. FYI “Contacts” is always private and NEVER displayed on the front of the website.

If updating contact information, always just use the first letter of the person’s last name if they happen to include their whole name.
