Thank you for your purchase from CSO AA Maine. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.
Policy Details
You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it. Please note items must be in their original condition for returns. We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Any item from CSO AA Maine can be returned, no questions asked.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item(s).
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, if you receive an item in error, or items arrive defective/damaged/misprinted at the time of receipt, we will make it right by issuing a refund or item replacement. Please contact our Member Services department at [email protected] or call 207-774-3034.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. CSO AA Maine strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
CSO AA Maine does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
To return your purchase from CSO AA Maine, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, CSO AA Maine will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. CSO AA Maine will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
